What we are:
BSTC takes pride in offering the most recent and relevent courses that support current Best Practices in the Industry.
Safety Program Management: BSTC will facillitate safety training to ensure your organization is OSHA compliant while still delivering realistic and relevant training to your employees. The program will highlight all OSHA standards and cofidently train each employee to handle almost any emergency on the job site. Each participant will gain the knowledge of a working Emergency Medical Technician to be the first responder on the job site so each incident can be stabilized until help arrives.

We will show you how to make a transparent training program to build leaders to ensure success in your organization for years to come. We formulate solid skills as a foundation that promote competence, humility, and a servent leadership mentality. This program has been tested with success over the last 20 years using the best leaders in the industry as our springboard.
Single Classes:
Our lecture series includes classes on leadership, officer development, safety compliance, instructor development, strategy and tactics. We use the most current research to provide evidence based curriculums that are relevent with today's changing environment. We only use the most recent research to drive our course curriculums that is delivered to the student.
